Following graduation, I completed my internship at New Life Counseling Center under the supervision of Dr. Leah McDill, receiving specific training in Object Relations Therapy. I now utilize this training to help those who struggle to develop or maintain healthy intimacy within relationships, whether that looks like not being able maintain close relationships or becoming overly dependent to the point of losing one’s sense of self within relationship(s). My therapeutic approach involves joining with you as we explore historical wounds that may be affecting current life. My desire is to help you find freedom from old patterns and develop new ways of seeing yourself and others. I specialize in working with anxiety/depression, negative body image, grief, spiritual issues, troubled teens, and a variety of issues with sexuality.
